I am a teacher who is using IVMP to manage a collection of art images that will be used for art history slideshows -- I currently have around 550 images that were purchased from Davis Art Images, and came with an excel spreadsheet of image info (artist, title, title2, medium, museum, date, period, etc.) Is there an easy way to extract the data from Excel and transfer it to custom annotation fields? Given the relatively small number of files, am I better off just entering the data manually? This collection is unlikely to ever exceed 10k images, so I don't have the workflow concerns many of you have, but would like to save myself some time if I can.

Thanks.
