send email feature with Mac mail client

I am using the send email feature from iView media pro with a Mac Mail client program. In the Mac Mail client I have a custom signature with an imbedded web link which I apply manually to the email generated by iView media pro. When I send the email generated by iView the link arrives inactive. On the other hand, if I send a regular email (not generated by iView) the link arrives active. Something in the iView software is rendering the signature link inactive when using the send email feature in the program. Any ideas how to solve this problem.
