Quick question -- Is it possible to assign keywords to photos that are in a shared office network folder and have other IVM users be able to use those keywords for asset management?

So far the only way I've been able to somewhat accomplish this is by saving a catalog that uses keywords I've assigned to our shared network drive, and then have other users download the catalog and work from it. This doesn't work for us as we're constantly making changes and need something that isn't as static as saved catalog files.

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks!

Hi,

On the menu go to Action > Sync Annotations.

And then have the other users select the photos and use the Action->Rebuild Item menu to bring the keywords into their catalogs.
