Record Last Modified Date?

We are looking to create a work flow in which the same iview catalogs could be updated from different computers.

Is there a "record last modifed" date which we could use to help the catalogs updated (I know this is an imperfect tool for merging records. But, it can help make the merge faster). I don't see one in the find window. But, I thought I would ask here in case I'm missing it.

Thanks. But, I'm not looking for modified files. Rather, I'm trying to find modified records. We're big on annotations and I'm trying to find the records someone may have updated since the last time we merged different versions of the catalogs.
