i seemed to forgot answers to a few q's.
1- i cannot send catalogs to windows systems at this time if i have only
ivmp 3.0 catalogs...i.e the catalog reader is not ready and wont read my catalogs? right?

2- all the receiving windows user has to have is this catalog reader
( where do they place it in their system?) and they will be able to peruse my maximal sized thumbnail view catalogs on their system. I use MAC OSX>

3-is it out yet, when will it be out and where do install it on the MAC?

thanks for your patience with me

There is a beta version of the Windows Reader available here. Being a Mac user myself I can only suppose that a Windows user would place it where other Applications are placed and run it from there.

The reader will be able to view the files at the largest thumbnail sizes that each file was imported under. If the catalog was created with full screen previews then the Catalog Reader will be able to view them at full screen.

Hi,

The latest IVCR beta needs to be installed onto their computer like any app. Interestingly the previous beta was a release candidate and could run off a CD.

When will iView Catalog Reader be released? Probably with MediaPro 3.1. There have been some interesting additions since the RC was announced. Users will be able to provide feedback from the IVCR and email it you.
