Hi Vincenzo,
Catalog Reader 2.6 is not compatible with MediaPro 3 catalogs.

Excuse me for my english, I am from Italy.
I have bought "Bible Grahics Studio".
I have installed the product.
On my desktop I click on the icon "iView Catalog Reader"...
I can see a window "iView Catalog Reader" version 2.6.4 (build 401B)..
I click on this window, the program ask me to select the "IVC" file.
I choose the dvd disk, open the folder "Bible Graphics Studio" and then select the Bible Graphics Studio.ivc file.
After few seconds appear an error window and the program crash.
On my computer there's the version 7 of Quick Time.
Then I have uninstalled all, the iView and the Quick Time.
I have installed the version of Quick Time that I have found on the dvd, now the iView Catalog Reader works fine.
The problem is Quick Time version 7.
I think there's a problem with iView and Quick Time 7.
But I must install the new version of Quick Time for other problems....
Can you help me?
Thanks |

Hi Vincenzo,
Your English is better than my Italian will ever be :).
You are correct in that there is a bug with iView and Quicktime 7.04. The fix is to uninstall v7.04 and install v7.03, as described in this post.

I hope that programmers resolve this problem because I need the 7.04 version of Quick Time on my computer for others programs.

Hi Vincenzo,
I hope that programmers resolve this problem
MediaPro 3.1 is coming soon and I suspect this is one of many bug fixes. Nevertheless make sure you lodge a bug report or feature request with support so iView know.
