Hello forum,
I would like help to make a decision on the purchase of IView 2. Our organization is small and yet we have a huge library of photos. A colleague of mine downloaded a time limited version of IV 2 and has been learning and playing with it. We have decided it is the digital asset management tool we need but we want only a few administrators to manage the actual catalogue (3).
My question(s) are: How many seats would we need if we have 2-3 administrators of our catalogue and 15-20 users (computers) to access and draw from our catalogue? Do I have to install IView on each computer for each user? Or, If the licensed seat is on the server can users access it there and pull to their computer the photos they want to use? Can multiple users access at the same time? |

I won't try to speak for iView. You should contact them thru theSupport Page to get an answer from the iView staff.
