If you download patent images from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office web site by saving one of their image pages as a "complete web site", you get an index.html type page plus a folder full of little images (icons and stuff). The actual image of the page itself is always named "a.jfx" and seems to be a kind of TIFF format. There's no mention of this format (that I can find, anyway) in iView, GraphicConverter, or other sources. Any comments or useful hints on this?
