After switching from my old G5 to a pretty fast and (silent!) Mac Pro with Intel Dual Core I also wanted to give iView Media Pro a try.

I make photos with a Nikon D200 in raw format only (NEF). My workflow is to make adjustments as needed on the raw-options with Nikon Capture. This is very nice because its fast and it avoids to save a second file.
But iView Media does not seem to recognize these changes on the NEF-Options - it also does not recognize the orientation (landscape/portrait) of a unmodified nef!

After trying many things (incl. installing a fresh system 10.4.8 with latest nikon capture nx 1.1 and iview media pro 3.1.3 downloaded before from their websites) I gave up. :-(

Then I found this forum here and I read in an older thread for my frustrating that this is a known bug in iview's intel mode and that the workaround is to let iview run in rosetta emualtion mode. i tried - and yes: this works but iview is so much slower then!!!

So my question: will this bug ever be fixed in iView Media Pro?
Please please!

Same for me and this bug isn't fixed in the new expression media software.
