Thumbnails showing

When viewing the "AVI" and "MPEG-4" categories not all thumbnails are showing.
How can I get all thumbnails to show, so I can select these easier.

What are you seeing for those items? If it's just a black thumbnail, select and hit the space bar to start playing it. Hit the spacebar again when you have a frame you'd like as the thumbnail to have. Then type Command+B or use the Action->Rebuild Item menu. That will set that frame as the thumbnail.
